    Hi,

I'm starting new part time job for first time since 2014. The employer thinks I worked this year so will look for my p45.

Is there a form I can fill in to get my tax credits without them knowing I haven't work this tax year. P12 ,p46?

    Thanks,

    Alan

Just say you don't have access to it or you have requested it and nothing has been sent. Payroll will probably know that you haven't worked anyway though when they contact the revenue and get your previous payment history for this year. If the worst comes to the worst, just get emergency taxed for a few months and claim the additional tax back later on.
