This smart key starts the engine to one of the most beautiful looking and sounding cars I've ever detailed, the Jaguar XF-R is understated and today (well yesterday) looks more stylish and modern than most new cars.

The stainless steel and plastic were very worn and dull, being the key of this car it is part of something more then just driving.

After taking the unit apart I polished the plastic with Maxolen PM1 and refined the finish with Carpro reflect, next I used autosol for the stainless steel, and finally applied carpro reload for that smooth silky feeling.

I could have corrected it more but after spending 30 hours on the exterior of the car I had to draw the line somewhere.

The little details paint the bigger picture.

    Thanks for looking.
