Airlock in hot tap in kitchen

So the problem I have is when ever somebody is in the bathroom and runs the hot tap bath/sink and somebody in the kitchen runs the hot tap in the kitchen sink, the kitchen hot tap becomes are locked and moves to a trickle. Fixing the air lock is not a problem, I can do that my question is how do I stop this from happening…
