I'm looking to lay about 200m2 of laminate floor on a new build with UFH upstairs and downstairs.

I'd be interested in hearing people's opinions on what are good brands to go with in terms of:
    - Durability
    - How convincing it looks/feels in relation to real timber flooring.
    - Ease of instalation
    - Value for money

We will be looking for something fairly dark with wide boards.
    Something roughly like this:

    Thanks e.r.

Is there much difference from 8mm to 12mm in terms of feel, durability, price?
    UFH in liquid screed throughout.

That would be something I could give you a proper answer to.
I used to buy balterio from floor design off the kylemore road, and they are quite helpful.
