My sister is studying abroad and my mother is paying fees, is my mother entitled to tax relief? I have tried to research it but it's very difficult to follow.
What qualifies someone to be eligible to avail of tax relief for college fees?

    This should be of help.

There is an approved list of colleges/courses in Ireland but not for abroad. I think it's something you may have to contact Revenue about.
