    Is my cat fooked?
Video is of the torque app showing the two oxygen sensors.
    If it is:
    1. How much for a new one Fabia 2 1.2 htp
2.How long should the previous spurious one have lasted?

Could be rear oxygen sensor or a simple leak in the exhaust, I would check these first before replacing the Cat. Listen under the car at the exhaust at rougly under drivers/passengers seat for a leak.

Do you know why the original cat needed replacing?

I never really got to the bottom of it.I know it involved 2 new O2 sensors and months of going into limp home mode. With the new cat,not a bother for 2 years until the engine light came on last week.

Spurious cats are, I think, known for not lasting as long as OEM. Mate of mine replaced his cat twice, both spurious, both only lasted 18 months
