Following up after interview

I had a phone interview on Monday which seemed to go very well. I was told at the end of the interview that I should expect a call to come in for a face to face interview. I'd really like to work for the company.
I have a different interview lined up for tomorrow and I'm not getting a great vibe from the company. I only got the call for interview after I asked for feedback on my application. They person screening CVs apparently did not send mine onto management. The person they recruited has not worked out and they asked me for interview. Then they postponed the appointment that was made for today.
My question is, should I ring/email company 'A' as a follow up from interview and if so what should I say. I'd like them to know that I am really keen but not sure if I should contact them.
