Foreign bank draft query

    Hi guys,
    I have just returned from abroad and I have a Canadian dollar draft from a Canadian bank, paid to myself. If I lodge it into my bank account here, how long will it take to clear, does anyone know? My credit union says 30 business days.

    No one can tell you for sure, but most likely it will take a few weeks
