    Hi all

Happened yesterday, I'm wondering could I straighten it out with a few belts of a hammer? I just don't see the point in paying big money to fix this..

    So what's your advice/opinion?

    Thanks

It looks to me like it's more than the arch.
If you look how the wing lines up with the door you see how the entire wing in pushed in.
Or are you only referring to the small dent on the arch itself? That can probably be pushed/hammered out easy enough.

Drive on Jobseeker. Amateurish(or perhaps even professional ones)belts of a hammer may make this worse.

You are on your way to having an old banger so you should probably celebrate.

Ya, the wing is indeed pushed in, that edge is gone behind the door.. But mechanic said there is no serious damage done.

Belting it with a hammer won't help it at all. That's been tried already before.
