Bought one a few weeks ago and no issues with it so for. Decent TV for the money.

HN selling them for 270

Took us a few days to successfully order one. Were OOS despite showing as in stock. Stocks are replenished on Thursdays IIRC

Keep trying every few hours. They were out of Stock Friday night and they came back into stock Saturday.

It won't have Freesat, but will deliver Freeview* & Saorview without issue (*vast majority of folks in ROI not in a Freeview reception area).

You'd be lucky to get any email from CPW. A lot of people were left guessing in the last thread. The money gets taken when ordered, but the first point of contact is from the delivery driver a few days later. Some posters got the run around between online and in-store support trying to track orders and get damages seen to.

It's a poor show from such a large company. I don't know if it's just the Irish website that's so shoddy.

Just off phone from customer service what a shower of *eckers!! Seems my order may have went through but must have been unsuccessful, money is gone from my end, waiting for manager to contact me I won't hold my breath

Ah no, when it got added to my card I thought it was in stock.

It's not full HD for a start 1366 x 768 , and best check if it has built in wireless or not as the dongles can set you back about 50 quid.

Add to that both of the samsung TV's I have , have had updates in recent weeks that have stripped out several features and this has been a consistent thing with them over the last 2 years which would give me pause on buying another samsung TV.

As per previous advice a few posts back it's worth checking regularly for restocking, although in my experience stocks are replenished on Thursday/Friday as they get deliveries on Thursday.

This is a clearance item though , so probably doubtful they'll get any more deliveries in.........What's really p#ssing me off is I had ordered one , and they cancelled the order because I used my wife's credit card to pay ! . Same surname, same account, card attached to same address as the delivery address etc. but still cancelled because the name of person ordering differed from (first) name on credit card .

Try again for the samsung, letting me buy one now and I got to stage 2 of ordering with it in my basket.

I ordered yesterday and almost instantly got an email showing 'payment received' with an order number... I ordered the xbox a while back and it was the same...and then a couple of days after , I got an email saying it was dispatched.... That said, if you have a look at the original thread , it seems a lot of people didn't get emails but did get their orders. So don't lose hope if you've not received an e-mail !

Don't worry about not getting a confirmation email. When we ordered we didn't get one either. TV turned up within 24 hours

On a side note, I see the tv (Samsung) works with a camera sold separately. Anyone had a look for one of these yet and found a good price?

When processing the order, where do you enter your delivery address? In Step 2 there is a billing address; is that delivery also?

Order, wait 2-3 hours for order to get on their system. Call CC with order number and ask for delivery address change. You can do it as long as it hasn't been prepared for dispatch.
