Late with tax

    I am late filing my tax returns, I am self employed and a complete newbie. I have just seen that it takes 2 weeks to register with ROS at which point I will be late. I was wondering if anyone has any advice? If I go into the tax office with my forms this week am I technically late as I am not doing it online? Thanks in advance :)
