    We are not leaving EI as treated like rubbish, Our electric was off 16 times in a 5 week period and no one there would take respnsibity and just didn't care, just got silly excuses

    Hi 2pack,

    Sorry to read of all the supply interruptions. Do you have a PAYG meter or was it due to a fault in the locality? We can look into your account or escalate to the relevant department if your query is PAYG related.

    If it is due to a power-lines fault, ESB Networks are the people to speak to. They are not on Boards.ie but they are on Twitter. ESB Networks maintain the power-lines no matter which supplier a customer is with.
