I don't know of any specific class but I've another option for you
~ Either you yourself create, or you ask for assistance from a professional, to create your own training plan for a wattbike and just use the one wattbike in your local gym. You'd be in a position to mix in weight-training etc then also as opposed to just a specific wattbike class.

    Just another option,

How many gyms have watt bikes in Ireland or even Dublin area? I would love to try one. UCD High Performance gym has a few, but I don't think that's a gym you can just join !

NRG Fitness in Cork have a couple, find them very good for training on to improve cadence/stroke efficiency.
I think their Galway gyms have them too for those of you in the west

Not sure how much use it is, unless you're based in Kildare, but K-Lesiure in Naas have two. http://www.kildareleisure.ie

I know there is (or was) a pay pre-use option for the gym, if you are near by and looking to try one.

I'm in and out of the gym 2-3 times a week, and my wife is there a bit more - we'd be there before or after work, I'd guess the busiest times? And we'd see them both in use once a month or so - so I'd guess showing up at a random time, should mean you've a good chance of hoping straight on. If the watt bikes are busy, there are spin bikes set up around them, in my experience 10 minutes or so of gentle work on them would see a watt bike come free.
