Know very little about otters but spotted 4 of them this evening - looked like three youngsters and parent along a river undergoing serious civil engineering works... Who would I contact to ensure they are not endangered? Dublin City Council wildlife perhaps? Any suggestions?

    Thanks

National Parks and Wildlife Service would probably be best, as well as maybe the Dublin City Council Biodiversity Officer.

Is that the dodder in Ballsbridge?
I was at a match in Aviva recently and was shocked at the way they have ploughed the place up. Used to be plenty of riverine scrub along the river, a lot of it gone now.
