Has anyone experience of a Kellys Physio 10? There doesn't seem to be any reviews online of these. Looking for fast bike with more flexibility than a racer. This is what bike shop suggested. Budget is 650 max. I'm a woman, would this be suitable or would I be better going specifically for a ladies bike?

They are an OK commuting bike by the specs but the brakes are not great and the components are OK but not great.

What other options did the bike shop give you?

You certainly do not need a ladies specific bike, all that really means for most companies is that the bike has smaller sizes, I know guys who ride ladies specific bikes because they are a smaller size and vice versa.

I wouldn't read into it once you have the right fit.

650 is cutting it tight for choices though but far more important than anything else. Take it out for a test spin or even ask can you take it for 24 hours, many smaller LBS will be accommodating. If you like it, its comfy and its as fast as you would like, then fire away.

Go to a few different shops and see what they have to offer.

Kelly's bikes would be lower spec entry level bikes and the shop you visited recommended it because they sell them and not because they're a particularly good bike.
