Got vet out and he reckons she ate something that poisoned her and shel do well to make it I sprayed some rushes the week before I wonder would the spray have anything to do with all the other cows are fine

check spray to see what it says about keeping livestock off. Most sprays are 7 days, I think from memory, and after that they say sprayed area not platable to cattle. Vet should know what to do but assume make sure she has plenty of water to get it out of her system. If its not effected her organs she should pull through I'd thought. Would get vet out again to check her tomorrow. Whats her temperature?

Patsy could well be right. Sunny spell recently and all. Neighbour mine had 2 bullocks very sick with that few years ago. River runs through his farm and the 2 cattle had eaten some plant that grows along/in the river or the bulb part of the the plant and that was what caused it. He kept the 2 bullocks in a shed for a fortnight give or take,
