So I have a meeting with a recruiter tomorrow to discuss a potential job offering. Not so much as a formal interview but more of a meet and greet.

Now I have done a few of these, but i'm never quite sure on what to wear. I'm male so which would be better, smart casual? (Chino Pants, Good Shirt) or a Shirt and Tie? Any Input appreciated.

Personally I would wear plain shirt with v neck jumper, Chinos and nice pair of shoes. Belt to match the shoes if possible.
Bring a folder with a few copies of your cv to present to the recruiter. Firm handshake, offer your cv and away you go. I'm sure the recruiter will have your cv already, however, it's a good initial impression to offer it, this shows you're prepared.
