    Let us know how you get on. I have heard of reports of cod being caught already in East Cork.

    I'm penciled in for a surf fishing lesson with a buddy (it's something I have never done really) so I'm looking forward to it in the next few weeks.

    I fished ballycotton pier sat night,very little happening,just dogfish being a nuisance,didnt even get any pin whiting! I've also heard accounts of codling turning up.
