Can PAYE workers use ROS for CGT payments?

Hi all - I was looking to using ROS to make a CGT payment rather than doing it manually via paper but when I attempt to register for a ROS access code, it appears to advise that only PAYE workers with an Employer or VAT registered number may apply for ROS access. As I am a PAYE worker only, does this mean I have to use the manual offline method or can I source my company/employer's registered number to complete the ROS application?
