I've to return a package to the UK and I've printed off a 'postage paid' label is this OK to stick in a post box in Ireland?

It depends. If there is a X in the box where the stamp should be then it is covered and you can just stick it in the postbox. If not postage is not covered in Ireland. Either way you should bring it into the post office and get a member of staff to confirm. Also request a proof of postage

Just an FYI to anyone. Package was only worth 8 quid so I stuck it in the postbox. It arrived
