    http://www.breakingnews.ie/ireland/sinn-fein-call-for-more-rights-for-travellers-703185.html

again yesterday I saw traveller children jumping on cars parked outside the Childers road Aldi store in Limerick

They are from the halting site directly across from the Maldon hotel

And Sinn Fein wants to give travellers MORE rights

Maybe give them the legal right to commit more aggravated robberies in rural Ireland.

Give them more rights to play the race card when they are (maybe) rightfully refused entry to pubs and clubs and then make claims for compensation and driving places out of business.

Give them the right to leave their animals roam freely causing a nuisance and danger to people and traffic

    the list goes on

I agree with so much Sinn Fein policy but the traveller issue is a deal breaker....sorry Sinn Fein

    Don't get that part.

What rights do they not have right now ?

How can they get more rights ?

Apparently they have their own culture.
Have you not heard ethnic traveller music
They have their own distinct dress style.
What about all the restaurants offering ethnic traveller cuisine.
And if you go to easons bookshop you can pick up a traveller language course on CD
    Different culture my backside.

Shinner doctrine on travellers was also taken up by the Labour Party.

So whether the incumbent government is re-elected or the alternative FF/SF coalition win, it will probably be in the PFG for the next term one way or another.
