Hi, I have a query I hope someone can answer. My Wife has to provide an affidavit of means, as her ex wishes to reduce the maintenance he pays for their son. My question is do I need to fill anything out/provide information or is it solely my wife, her son lives with us, and has some access with his father. Thanks

I would imagine that your wife will have to indicate all means available to her and her son, including details of what financial support you contribute to the household.
