There's a joke shop called Fun Place up by Stephen's Green - they always have wigs in the window. Expect queues out the door at the moment because of the time of year.

I'd say Vintage shops would be your best bet to get anything Bowiesque. That place in George's St. Arcade might be a good one to start in.
