Hat Tip to EWTN for this link which provides the Catechism of Pope Saint Pius X

    https://www.ewtn.com/library/CATECHSM/PIUSXCAT.HTM

This Catechism is a superb resource for explaining the faith and those articles of the Faith which all Catholics are required to believe in.

In the link readers will see a question and answer analysis based on the sacraments, the Apostles Creed, Prayer, The Commandments, Virtues and Vices and the Precepts of the Church.

It is a wonderful resource of information.

Thank you. The EWTN archive is a fine resource.

The main drawback to the Catechism of Pius X is that it's more than a hundred years old, and therefore in certain respects quite badly out of date. For example it makes no mention of the dogma of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, defined in 1950. It knows nothing about the feast of Christ the King, it knows nothing about the social teachings expressed in Quadragesimo anno, and of course it knows noting of the teachings of the Second Vatican Council.

Mother Angelica did a fine thing with EWTN.

http://www.dici.org/en/ and the US SSPX site (sspx.org) are interesting too. Ireland is supposedly in the technological vanguard yet the Irish SSPX site (http://ireland.sspx.net/) is a bit (actually very) primitive. I suppose in France the SSPX has the donations of much of, perhaps most, French Massgoers while in Ireland, resources of people and money are more slight.
