Recommended Uni courses for science related degrees?

I'm just searching at the moment for courses related to science, because that's what I'm interested in, but I always keep sliding back to wanting to do the UCD Science course. It's just a general course that I'm keeping there in the back pocket in case I can't think of any specific field by next year. Any recommendations…
