    Hi,
I formed a ltd company last November.
What bearing does it have on my own personal tax return? Do I just do the usual paye return online, or is there a separate form required now that I am a director? It seems I should be now self-assessed and I need to submit form 11.
Can anyone give me any further info? Can I file online, or does it need to be a paper return?

Form 11 is correct. Too late for a paper return for 2014. You will need to register will ROS and file online.

The deadline for the paper return in 31 October, so tomorrow. After that you need to pay and file online before 12 November via ROS.
