Address Issue

    Hi

    I have made 9 phone calls between Irish Water & the Water Conservation Grant service to get my address sorted. Although I appreciate the close relationship we're establishing it's getting a bit silly. After finally getting the issue "sorted" with Irish Water last week I was happy to receive my TIN number today from the grant service. 

    I then called the Grant service to give them the required info to be told that they still have the wrong address corresponding to the WPRN on the letter when this address has absolutely nothing to do with me, even though the letter posted from their offices had my correct address on the top of the letter???? I was assured last week that Irish Water had cleared this mess up but surprise surprise you have made a mess of it again. How the hell do you plan on getting the public onside if this is the type of incompetence we are to expect?
