What happens if I buy a PC part from a third party seller (not FBA) on Amazon.co.uk and afteer... 1 year turns out this part is faulty?

Can I send the faulty part for free to Amazon, and get a refund or choose another model etc. ?
Or I have to deal with the third party seller for all problems with the product, including RMA, returns, refunds etc. ?

RMA goes through the Amazon Marketplace seller, not amazon unless they fulfil it.

Then better not dealing with them, when comes to expensive and sensitive components...
Unfortunately some of the PC parts I want, sold by Amazon itself, are not delivered to Ireland which is very frustrating (i know about parcel motel but still... ).

    Thanks for info.
