Car revs dropping when cold

It's a 2004 Micra 1.0L. Recently serviced - new oil and filter and new air filter. Also had the cam position sensor replaced and sump re-sealed. Basically, when at I stop at lights when the car is cold, the revs start dropping and it's like the car wants to stall, but doesn't.

I've ordered new spark plugs as I don't know when they were last replaced so probably worth doing in anyway. Any other ideas? Keep in mind this stops after 5mins once the engine is warm and then it runs fine

You could try cleaning the idle air control valve.
