Hi everyone. I'm looking at renting in this area soon. I'm just enquiring if anyone knows of a good broadband provider in the area? I've enquired with Eir who say they can provide only telephone. In a few of the local houses I've seen small satellite dishes which have an rj45 plug on the cable end but this could be some form of tv? Any help greatly appreciated, thank you

Use the ireland offline map. Those dishes are for fixed wireless services.

There is one wireless isp I've heard of that's based in Cork and that's Nova. They seem to be reliable ... I tried, but can't get them from where I'm living in rural Limrtick. It is a pain waiting for Eir or the ESB to get a move on!
