Parrot MK9100 installation

I spent the day installing a Parrot MK9100 into my car, a mk4 golf!
Everything seems to be working except one thing, I have no sound when ringing someone! The Parrot doesn't mute the car audio and play through the speakers! I have obviously missed something! There is a wire labelled "Mute In 3" which I'm guessing is related but I don't know where to connect it!
Does anyone have experience with these that might be able to advise me?

I did that model a few times in my car, took it in and out a half dozen times trying to troubleshoot something! Anyway, did you use the iso blocks, or cut it off and wire it in yourself? With the blocks it should be plug and play.

Yeah I used the standard ISO blocks so as you said, should be plug and play! Only wire I'm not sure of is the "mute in" wire! Reading online it seems this isn't required to be used when using ISO connectors!

I sent an email to parrot technical support and they reckon that the blue brain box is faulty!
