    Hi anyone any reccomendations what to do in belfast for a family also shopping snd restaurants etc family friendly bar food for evening. Would love to see giants causeway. ...

    Firstly the Giants causeway is another hour and a half further north.

    Near THERE, best without doubt is the Ramore wine bar in Portrush.

    full of families all day every day.

    as to Belfast?

    Ulster Museum and Botanic gardens are free, Folk & transport museum are excellent. Titanic is expensive but good, W5 in the SSE is a really good science activity centre.

    w5 is excellent for kids, plenty to do, could nearly spend a full day there, plenty of food courts beside this as well.
    Junction 1 in Antrim for the shopping
