Farm Assist and ANC scheme payments

Does anyone here know if ANC scheme payments are fully assessed as income for Farm Assist purposes?? I cannot establish if it is treated similar to SAC, AEOS and other scheme payments, where the first €2,540 is disregarded with 50% of the balance being assessed and the other 50% disregarded. Thanks for any advice.
