    Openelec on these is great just make sure you install the right version for the mx111 2gig version not 1gig

    I much prefer Windows boxes tbh for HTPC use.. Better at decoding file formats and codecs.

    I have the Z64w by MINIX which I find fantastic.

    please somebody point me in the right direction in order to get Kodi smooth as butter.
    atm i have stock firmware with kodi and it buffers like a b2tch!

    openelec or lollipop???

    you can flash that box with openelec. Just make sure you pic the right version. ie for the 1gb box or 2gb.how do u connect the box is it over wifi or do u hard wire. Also wat speed bb have u got

    ye thats the same as me i use a openelec custom htpc and i get no buffering and if i do its do to my bb acting up
