planting beans- yours views ?

    Lads, im going to plant some beans as a green manure ahead of spuds next year in a large veg garden/ small field
    Weather is to turn tonight/ tomorrow,

    Some people say to broad cast ontop of soil and plough in.

    heres my question. Ive the ground ploughed already. would it be ok to drop the beasn into the furrow and cover with triple K, would this be a good enough seed bed, only looking to grow until february and then plough again, TA

    No. You'll just be feeding crows.
    Drill them in about 6" deep.

    Once seed is 6" underground it'll be fine.
