egg recipe (leinster rugby and dublin GAA fitness coach)

    So some fitness coach from the leinster and dublin GAA teamed up with ( i think it was rte) a broadcaster to release a number of egg recipes.

    They were talking about them on newstalk a couple of days ago with the consumption of eggs being up 7% on last year. Some of them sounded really nice.. any ideas of who it was or where i can get recipes?
