selling my lightly used gen 2 super record 11 groupset...

only one piece of the groupset is gen 1- the crankset but its newer than the rest as i replaced the standard with it 2 years ago..

    levers.. blades and hoods spotless
    mechs..both perfect and well minded
    skeleton calipers..fairly new pads
crankset....its a compact and is currently 50/38 but i have the original 34

chorus cassette- think its a 12-27
    kmc 11 chain- nearly new..

groupset is spotless as its on my good bike which is rarely ridden and now being sold because of that!!!

looking for €650 which is a fair price considering what most people ask for cranksets that dont sell!!- check adverts for reference on that one!

great groupo and the finishing touch to a high end frameset..

bike at a friends right now but can have pics soon..

    any questions just ask..

    I might do Moggie123

But I'd need to get a decent price for it

    What's your upper budget ?

Well there's a couple of options here
Firstly I hav a standard record chainset 10 speed in box (I used it for about 2 weeks perfect condition ) would u b willing to swap to maintain groupset with a Few bob yr way or would you be prefer a straight sale ?

To be honest I'd rather sell straight -
I have another 10 speed Campagnolo group here I need to sell too!!! Hoarder!!!

    No thanks moggie

If you got that record 10 for €100 I'd be very surprised too!!!

I'll hold on to the crank.

Ribble or Slane cycles do veloce compacts for around €120

    Thanks

Actually tbh I did get complete record groupset minus cassette for less than 500 s/h . What price were u thinking? I do too see them going for mad money but as u say they don't sell .

    You done well !
Realistically mine ( taken out of the group set as is currently priced )
Would have to nett me €200..
Still almost €100 cheaper than any available on line

@ OP, if you are splitting, ie selling the chainset to Moggie, I might be interested in the rest of the groupset, (with or without the calipers). What sort of money have you in mind for the group set, without the chainset?

    ok..

    well..
    levers
    mechs
    calipers
    cassette and matching chain...
    €485

ideally id prefer to sell the calipers included..

loads of life in the chain and cassette so i think thats a fair price as cassettes are €120 alone..

Only considering this for a spare / back up bike, to go on an old race frame and other odds and ends I have lying up unused, so don't need to be spending that kind of money, on which basis I think I'll pass. Let me know if you're prepared to either drop your price or sell without the calipers. Otherwise GLWS

I may have somebody interested in the rest of the group set so if you can bear with me or a bit we might be able to do a deal
