Blocked sink?

I know this has probably been asked 100 times on here but looking for some ideas.

Sink is not fully blocked but water going out very slowly. Used plunger and it pulled out loads of crap but still the same problem.

There is little screw under ubend so opened this and flushed loads of water but nothing.

Is there a good sink unblocker I can throw down there? I know this happened before I put standard Tesco off the shelf version and it worked. Tried the same this time and didn't do anything.

    Thanks

Tried to take off ubend but if I do I think it will never go back on:P

Some builder suppliers (chadwicks)stores sell really strong cleaner. I can't over state how careful you should be with it. Its basically acid. Goggles gloves ventilation etc.
