Hi,
I've just got a new line connected to my house for broadband both my neighbours on each side of me are getting 5mb speed. Turns out my line can only get 1.5mb, I was told that it may take up to two weeks after installation for the line to stabilise and give an accurate reading.
Could someone explain what the stabilising part is about. Pretty disappointing in this day and age that I can only get that speed.
