RangeMaster DXD910 Fridge-freezer

My RangeMaster DXD910 Fridge-freezer has stop working after 4 years of use. Both the fridge and freezer are warm, the compressor is red hot to touch and your can hear the thermal overload clicking in every few minutes.
I contacted Waterford Stanley who were extremely unhelpful. I was told that my warranty had expired and would need to pay for one of their service engineers to come out and have a look.
This fridge-freezer has giving me nothing but trouble for the start, the water cooler has leaked 3 time causing damage to my kitchen. After the third time leaking we stoped using the water from the fridge. This was an expensive fridge and I would have expected a lot better quality from the AGA RangeMaster brand.
After getting a service engineer out to review the fridge I was told that the compressor would need to re-gassed. After several failed attempts to get the unit re-gassed, I have given up and purchased a new fridge. Very poor after sales service from RangeMaster and extremely poor quality product in the DXD910.

one of the windings in the compressor has burned out more than likely from being down in gas thus causing continuous running which would lead to the burn out
