I have a small garage im looking to replace the door and replace it with a window.
The garage itself was part of the original build (30years old ) and is attached to the side of the house with an enterance inside of the house. Most of the neighbours have done this years ago, but with new regulations, do I have to apply for planning permission and how much would that cost. The house is in cork city
The garage is about twelve by twelve

    Thanks

Exempt from planning in my opinion. Declaration of exemption from the Council is 80 bills plus minimal paperwork.

    I would agree also.
    Section 5 application.
€80 plus the cost of an OS Map, €50ish.

Include an existing and proposed drawing for further clarity but not 100% required.
