Anyone remember the story of the drug dealer who sued the Sunday world for liable , and a jury who ignored all evidence at the liable trial and awarded the complaint €900,000 in damages.

Has had his award over turned by the appeal court .
How it was decided this drug dealer was to be awarded €900,000 for liable when it was proved beyond doubt he was in fact a drug dealer .
About time a court made the correct decision

    Pity.

No idea who your man is but almost anyone getting one-up on the Sunday World is a good thing.

    Rag of the highest order.
