New bathroom ball park figure

What sort of figure would we be looking at to get this sort of work done? Only have two quotes so far but there is almost €3k in the difference so would like to try figure out if one is strangely low or one is strangely high!

    Bathroom.

    1. Rip out old bathroom including suite, flooring, wooden cladding , light etc and dispose of.

    2. Prepare walls, this may include fixing batons for wet wall installation depending on what is beneath the wooden cladding.

3.Supply and install wet wall cladding to walls and ceiling with all trim. I recommend we do this as the bathroom is a very enclosed area and does not have an extractor fan . I'm guessing the wooden cladding was there for this reason as it means the cold exterior walls are not in contact with the warm steam air and there for will not condense on the walls and cause major water problems.

    4. Supply and fit a new flush ceiling light.

    5. Supply and fit wooden laminate waterproof flooring .

    6. Supply and fit new bathroom suite to include all taps and plumbing needed, new toilet roll holder and towel rail.

    7. Install new skirting and door facings.

    8. Supply and fit new door and door furniture.

    9. Seal around bath and sink etc.

    10 Paint skirting’s , facings and door.

3k depending on type of fixtures and fittings.

Ball park guess based on similar work I've seen.

I am getting bathroom done and my exterior wall is going to be warm boarded and going to use plastic panelling around shower 1 metre wide as i am fed up with dirty tiles and grout.+ going to fit ceiling fan for steam removal.found its easy to spend money on items which adds up more than one wants to spend.

We had quotes for around 6k per bathroom included adding a pump. Used direct labour and bought all the stuff ourselves and did 3 bathrooms with vanities, illuminated mirrors, 2pumped showers and pumped bath for around 13k all in. Found trades reluctant to do anything unusual like wall hung units and charging a lot extra to do it.
