50th birthday present for BF's Step-Mum

    Hi ladies,

    Looking for some brain storming.

    It's my BF's step mothers 50th this weekend.
    Loads of us are going away for the night to a hotel with dinner etc so we're spending quite a bit before we even get to the gift giving.

    Now, the BF is useless as deciding gifts for people.
    I've asked his sister (whose mother it is) but she's not very helpful - I suggested perfume but was told she has 'very expensive taste' and nothing was named...thanks, very helpful...

    I don't know much about what she'd like!
    Vouchers for anything are out as she's told me before she hates receiving them. Jewellery is also out.

    We will go up to about €100 but if we can go lower than this, then happy days!

    All suggestions welcome, please help!
