Just had a quick read of this where it states
These missiles en-route to Syria, crossed airspace in Iran and Iraq, below flight routes used by commercial transport aeroplanes. The SIB aims to create awareness of this fact to all airspace users.

A growing, informative thread can be found here in Aviation & Aircraft.

According to 'The National UAE' here, UAE-carriers will continue to fly over Iranian Airspace.

Just a thread of info to be mindful of when booking flights that could potentially cross over certain airspace(s). Feel free to add as you find more,

    Thanks,
    kerry4sam

Keep in mind though that realistically the chance of anything happening is minimal. In aviation any avoidable risks are usually tried to be avoided though.
