Delay for heater/light

I have a heated mirror in the bathroom and want to fit a timer circuit so that it stays on for about five or ten minutes and then goes off. This sort of circuit is used for hall lights and the like.

    Mains >>> switch >>>> unit >>>> Light.
So when the switch is turned on, the circuit passes power for nn minutes and then current stops until power at the switch is cycled.

Any ideas where I would source one?
