If it wasn't that I need to get to work in 15 mins each day I would just sticl to walking. I swear this entire city is designed to be some crystal maze style death dungeon to take out as many cyclist as possible.

You have cars parked in the cycling lanes making sure you have to cycle in the middle of the road.
Those ****ing bus mirrors swiping past you like guillotines.
People walking around with wheeley bags not walking slow and not looking behind them. Seriously why are there so many ****ing people with these bags? Where are all you people going and why can you not turn your head to see if on the off chance that someone on this busy street might want to get past?
You cycle on the cycling lane and a car honks at you to get out of the way? WTF!?
Putting on your indicator and driving into the cyclist's path is not a healthy way to vent your aggression.
    Bus drivers.
If you're walking toward me please, you move out of my way. Understand I am in a vehicle and it is harder for to turn than it is for you. Don't pretend you can't see me when I'm abou to crash into you.
One cycling lane on one side of the liffey then the other direction on the other. Our roads are so bloody cramped they couldn't fit two cycling lines on each side of the liffey.
You know it's ****ing bad when the tram tracks are the safest route to travel on.

And pot holes in the most awkward places, sometimes necessitating a quick swerve into traffic.

I don't really understand the below points. Are the people with wheeley bags walking on cycling lanes/roads? Are the people walking towards you doing the same (in cycling lanes/on roads)?

An "interesting" first post in the forum. Not sure of your motives OP, but a thread like this will only result in trolling.
