I've heard this twice before; that in one of the videos of Putin working heard, you can hear Elton's music in the background. I don't know! I'll say one thing though... that 'Philadelphia Freedom' song would be a hell of tune to get the sweat to your brow.

Most of Elton John songs were written by a man called Bernie Taupin , if you closely at that surname name you will see a similarity to the name Putin.

Taupin is a former KGB assassin who got to know Elton John during his national service years when both guarded the notorious Spandau prison in Berlin when they both discovered they had an interest all things Russian .

Taupin is actually Putin and it was he who wrote Eltons music , so in fact Putin is listening to his own songs.

People listen to all kinds of irregular stuff when noone's looking. Probably with Putin people are always looking, so he doesn't let it bother him. Just because he has one song on at one point doesn't mean anything, I doubt Putin likes a glorified western pop singer.
