The Canadian PSN is better value at the moment.

So if you purchase this on a US account, can you play as normal (online) with your own Irish account?

What do you use those cards for?
    (probably a stupid question)

Buying the games from the us/can store. They don't accept Irish visa debit/ credit cards.

Setup a Us or Canadian account (google it) and use the pcgamesupplies website to purchase credit and reedem it on your account via website or PS4. You must use the correct currency card for your store of choice. I have stopped using Us since I discovered Canada was often cheaper.

    Thanks a mill.

I can confirm that US and Canadian PSN cards are NOT interchangeable. You need a Canadian account for Canadian PSN cards and vice versa.

Still available. Says it ends on 10/20/2015. So that would be tomorrow night. (they also have GTA along with the "Great White" cash card reduced. $47.99 I think).

As "sweetie" said above, go the Canadian route, even greater savings!

As a newbie to GTA5 whats "great white" and would this be obviously the best option to purchase as it's only $1 extra?

I presume it's the same download game with online bank credit? Is it much of an advantage in the online world of the game?
    Any other difference?

    Thanks.

The game on its own is around $41, the game with the Great White Shark Cash Card is $47.99.

Basically, yeah. It gives you $1,250,000 in your online account. By the time you get a house & a few cars that money will probably be mostly gone! Would come in handy to give yourself a head start though I suppose.

Sorry to be a noob, I've downloaded the game and can play online from my account.

As you need to add a credit card to play online, is it actually possible to use the great white cash card in either account as you need to add credit card to play online?

You may need to use the Shark card with the account you use to download it (I presume so).
But, I don't think you need a credit card (unless you go for a "free trial"). After the fiasco a few years ago, I don't use a credit card on Playstation anymore. I just use prepaid code vouchers (like from the website above), for renewing my PS+ and for topping up my wallet.

Grand job, I thought you needed to add a credit card for PS+.
Prepaid code vouchers it is then :)

    Thank you.
