Can't view my bill

    I'm probably stupid, but how do I view my bill? 

    I can only see a breakdown on my account page, but there's no pdf available if I want to print or download it to my computer.

    You're not stupid, but someone responsible for web programming at Irish Water is.

    The systems are fundamentally broken for some reason, it's not possible to see ANY bills, and if you select a previous bill, they are also not showing, and the summary is only for the account as it stands now.

    It's not rocket science, they really need to up their game by orders of magnitude if they are to get any sort of customer recognition.

    I won't be paying the current bill until I can get the actual bill, the summary is NOT acceptable, it's NOT a bill, so they have a major problem to add to the long list of problems, given that they are already well late sending out this cycle.

    Not impressed, not one little tiny bit

    Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

    Hi Wicked131,

    Thanks for contacting our page.

    You can view your bill as a PDF when you log in to your Online Account. Once you log in, there is an option to view your latest bill. Once this is selected, you can select "View as PDF" which is located to the left of the "Pay Now" option.

    That's interesting, the "view bill as PDF" option was missing all weekend, but it's managed to return now that it's been reported.

    Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁
